Are your appliances suitable for commercial use?

While most of our appliances are designed for home use, we do offer some commercial-grade products like our commercial fryers. Please check individual product specifications or contact our kitchen experts for advice on the best appliance for your needs.

Do your coffee machines come with warranties?

Yes, all our coffee machines (including bean-to-cup, capsule, and built-in models) come with manufacturer’s warranties. The warranty period varies by brand, typically ranging from 1-3 years. Details are provided with each product listing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Delivery Information

What are my delivery options?

We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with full tracking, arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch (recommended for coffee machines and urgent orders).
Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 business days after dispatch (ideal for multiple items).

Do you ship to my country?

We ship globally to most regions, excluding some parts of Asia and remote locations. During checkout, our system will automatically show available shipping options for your address. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping (EMS), tracking may be more limited. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories. Please contact us first to initiate a return. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

What if my appliance arrives damaged?

In the rare event that your appliance arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated costs.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

For international orders, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.
